[The screen pops up to a not-so-good-looking little kid, sweating and looking like he's about to vomit right on the screen. Getting thrown out of the engineering room did no one any favors, clearly. He's trying to put on a brave, tough guy face though; it's important to stay tough.]
[Oh, fuck. His worry almost - almost - drowns out the word "dad". Doesn't quite, though, and even as his brows pinch together his entire demeanor softens just a bit.]
[Give him a second, he's trying to hold his stomach in because it wants to crawl out of his face.]
M — I, I'm. That room s-spit me on the floor and I started going to th'place with the doctors 'cuz my stomach, it, it hurts, and I dunno if m'dying like before, 'cuz that's how I died before.
[His stomach hurt so bad before he died, because his mom's boyfriend hit him there so much...
... Curling up next to the wall sounds good. Yes.]
[He sucks in a sharp breath, but that's the only indication that he's freaking the fuck out on the inside. That, and the fact that he takes the cigarette out of his mouth so that it's easier to speak. As he talks he starts moving toward the nearest lift, glancing between Takeshi on his screen and the corridor in front of him.]
Don't move. Okay. Gonna hurt yourself more if y'move. [DEEP BREATH.] Is - are ya near the room? The one that spit you out.
[At least the lift's already here - when he jabs the button the doors open and he's inside as soon as he can fit through. He pauses before he presses the button again, though, thinking better of leaving medbay before making sure he doesn't need to bring a first-aid kit. Or a doctor, even.]
video;
Takeshi? Answer me, kiddo...
[Please answer he can't deal with two of his people missing in action.]
video;
Dad... M'here.

Kinda... I was leaving it... I didn't get on no elevadors...
[So he's probably not too far from where he started, really.]

... Th-there's no blood and fuzzy white bubbles th-this time. Jus' hurts... Wanna throwed up.
[But throwing up sucks. He'd rather fucking not, thanks.]

Sick, huh. Like after the jumps.
[Except a lot worse, from the looks of things. He frowns at Takeshi, looks at his cigarette, sighs, then pinches it out with a twist of his fingers.]

Takeshi nods, though, the motion jarring despite it's shortness.]
It's b-bad though. I don't like it. S'hard to walk, I keep feeling... funny...
Not good funny, though. B——Bad funny.

[Immediate, first thing he says.]
I'll be there soon. You gotta stay there right now though, okay.

[He'll stay put.]
M'sorry. M'sorry I got stuck in the rooms...

[He wilts a little, exhausted.]
Then I tried to leave, but I kept finding the same door over n' over n' over...

[And then Takeshi finally went in. Got it. He nods once, sharp.]
Was there - were there monsters?
[WHY ARE YOU SICK, KIDDO, WHAT IS HAPPEN]
